The teams will be accommodated in hotels in Brandenburg an der Havel and Potsdam. There is a camping site directly availableat the regatta venue. When submitting your entries, you can select your preferred type of accommodation
Breakfast is available in all types of accommodations. If teamsstay overnight at the camping site, breakfast will be served onthe regatta course. Lunch will be available for all teams on the regatta course. Please note that dinner options depend on the individual hotel selected.
A shuttle bus service between the regatta course and the official hotels will be available between 10.05.2026 and 17.05.2026.
The Organizing Committee is not responsibility for any additional service provided by the hotel, such as minibar, telephone, parking, etc. These costs must be paid directly to the hotel. If your team causes any damage to the rooms or elsewhere at the hotel, payment must be made on-site, or the Organizing Committee will issue an invoice for the cost of the damage.
Check-in time is 14:00. The rooms are to be vacated before 11:00 a.m. on the day of departure. (Upon request, the hotels will provide storage space at an extra charge).

Full board at the venue
We also offer a full board service at the regatta venue. There is a special dining area situated directly in the athlete’s area. Prices are given below:

Our partner is available to assist with your accommodation bookings. You can complete all your reservations through the online system, starting from 1 Januar 2026 all teams will be able to register at canoe-brandenburg.com to book their accommodation, meals and airport transfer online.
Deadlines
Hotel reservations must be made no later than 15 February 2026. However, early booking ensures your preferred hotel category.

After 31 March 2026, 100% of the booking fee will be charged.

50% due at the time of booking.
The remaining balance is due by 31 March 2026.

All bank transfer fees must be covered by the sender. Please ensure that the full payment for your entire team‘s stay is made.
You are kindly requested to print the bank remittance and bring it with you when checking in. Your reservation will be confirmed once we receive the advance payment.
Once your entry fee is fully paid, the Organizing Committee will
send an electronic confirmation notice.
